All James Baroud tents can be installed on:
- Any heavy duty bars (minimum rating 45kg per bar).

- Canopies, trailers, trays, etc.
- Although James Baroud does not recommend any particular brand of roof bar or rack we do recommend a good quality one to fit your tent on.
- For the standard size tents two bars are required, but three bars are required for the Grand Raid XXL. When mounted on three bars, be careful to have the three bars level.
- It is recommended to check roof bars and rack fixings to the vehicle.
- Six brackets are supplied with the tent. They are made for standard heavy duty bars (40mm). We also stock wider brackets for aero bars or sports bars which are 80mm wide. You can order these separately.
- A ‘U’ shaped bracket slides into the 2 quality rails built into the under-carriage of the hull. These brackets slide into place over the roof rack cross bars and provide a quality secure attachment.
