5 Years Warranty: It includes the fiberglass (Evolution Series) / ABS (Frontier Series), the mechanism, the canvas, the lift supports, the ladder and its fixings, the zippers, the mosquito net, the mattress, the rail and fixings, the upholstery of the upper shell.

2 Years Warranty: It includes the gel-coat (only on the Evolution Series tent), the colour, the extractor, the flashlight, the tent locks.

To open a warranty claim, please fill the form below with all the information, photos (in a .zip file) and details about the issue so our team can provide support as soon as possible.

When the tent needs to return to the factory, it must be packaged on the original packaging and sent to the dealer.
