100 DIPS | 100 DAYS. Australia's largest community movement & mental health activation kicks off with a nationwide tour.  

When the Cold Nips crew began their research on the best roof top tent to support their nationwide tour, a bold round trip of Australia, camping the full lap to facilitate 100 sunrise swims for mental health, James Baroud naturally emerged at the top of the list. 

Back in 2019 best mates Ryan & Jian discovered that the simple practice of rising early, surrounding yourself with other likeminded people, sharing discomfort & finishing with meaningful conversations over a warm beverage was a powerful recipe to a great day. Cold Nips was born.

The idea of The Cold Nips Australian Tour came from the ensuing few years of contemplation, practice and inspiration from others. Jian says "The reality is, mental health related issues deeply connected to loneliness is getting worse, and I believe positive communities are a real preventative solution to helping Aussies live happier and healthier!".

We agree. And it’s why we’re proud to announce we’ve jumped aboard for this epic ride. Jian called down to our Yamba, NSW HQ recently to pick up the James Baroud DISCOVERY roof top tent for the Cold Nips tourer before setting off for Dip 1 in Cairns QLD.
